The service

InboxPolicy provides email verification and send-decision APIs. Results are best-effort inferences from live SMTP, DNS, and policy analysis; an "unknown" or "send" verdict is a signal, not a guarantee of deliverability.

Acceptable use

• Verify addresses you have a lawful basis to process. You are the data controller for lists you submit; we process them solely to produce your results.
• Prohibited: using the service to enable unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, etc.), verifying harvested or scraped lists for spam, probing our infrastructure, or reselling raw results.
• We may suspend keys engaged in abuse. Prepaid credits attributable to abuse are not refunded.

Billing

Credits are prepaid and non-expiring. One credit per fresh verification; cache hits within 72 hours and malformed-input rejections are free. x402 pay-per-call transactions settle on-chain and are final. Refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase on request.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for consequences of send decisions you act on.
